SERVICE DELIVERY
In an effort to optimize district resources and efficiency, the Ashtabula / Mahoning / Trumbull Counties Purchasing Cooperative has contracted with the Lorain County Cooperative Purchasing Consortium to provide member districts with access to a larger catalog of items (2200 items vs. 750 previously offered) and online bidding and ordering services.

Our Cooperative, through its membership in the Ohio Council of Educational Purchasing Consortia (OCEPC), also offers our member districts additional purchasing power through the national Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA). Ohio participates with 20 other states to provide access to additional products and services.
The contracts available at this link are for calendar year 2007. All vendors listed are fully bonded and have met all bidder requirements in the state of Ohio. Only carpeting and playground equipment, if installed as per ORC, would need to be bid out locally.
To receive guaranteed pricing, you will need to identify your school district as a member of the Ohio Council of Educational Purchasing Consortia. (All member districts of the Ashtabula / Mahoning / Trumbull Counties Purchasing Cooperative are members of OCEPC.)
